Opportunities for Advancement
A Crew Trainer is a hard working employee who is able to define and demonstrate the abilities of being a role model, coach, expert and a teacher. A Crew Trainer displays a positive, no problem attitude and is a leader within the restaurant.
A Crew Chief must be able to define and demonstrate all the roles and responsibilities of a Crew Trainer and have been a Crew Trainer for a minimum of three months. The Crew Chief’s availability must meet the store’s needs and he or she should have the ability to manager the three key areas of the restaurant which include, Front Counter Service, Drive-Thru and Production. At this point in a Crew Chief’s development, people skills will be used to motivate and lead others toward the execution of tasks and the hitting of targets in the areas of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
To be considered for an In-Store Manager position, an individual must be a Crew Chief for a minimum of three months. The In-Store Manager’s availability must meet the store’s needs and performance must be excellent to outstanding for a minimum of three months. The In-Store Manager displays a desire to continuously learn and strives for excellence at all times. In addition, leadership qualities and the ability to motivate people are necessary. In this position, the primary goal is to learn and execute shift management skills and deliver impressive levels of QSC and Hospitality to our customers.
